Pecorino with oregano
From the heart of Tuscany, a semi-aged pecorino cheese made from sheep's milk, refined in its rind with wild oregano. The aging traditionally takes place in the 'ziro', a terracotta container typical of the region, where the oregano leaves, gathered from the sun-drenched Tuscan hills, slowly release their aromas, infusing the cheese with an intense and persistent herbaceous bouquet.
Perfect for a Tuscan cold cuts and cheese board accompanied by a glass of Chianti Classico, or crumbled on a warm focaccia with fresh cherry tomatoes. An aromatic, balanced product, capable of winning over even the most discerning palates.
