Piccolo fiore di bufala is externally covered in the velvety white mould of Pennicilium Candidum, it has an ivory-white paste, creamy texture and full on the palate. The taste is sweet, pleasant and long, the aftertaste has hints of wet grass, fresh mushroom, undergrowth with a distinctive animal note.
