Crü di Capra is an extraordinary and authentic cheese. Its raw, slightly chalky and crumbly texture is carefully aged for a period of three to four months within our natural caves, positioned on fir wood planks. This aging process imparts the cheese with a distinctive and unmistakable aromatic flavor that you won't find elsewhere. Crü di Capra pairs well with a variety of accompaniments.
