Harissa
Harissa or h'rissa is a spicy sauce of North African origin used widely in cuisines bordering the Mediterranean. Harissa is a condiment that is used in the form of a sauce, and it can be more or less spicy. The main ingredients include chili peppers, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, garlic, and special spices, and often peppers, which makes it less spicy and pungent, so it is also suitable for an audience that does not like a lot of spiciness. It is generally used to accompany meat dishes, cous cous, or dishes such as soups.
