Cow's Burrata
Burrata is an incredibly fresh and creamy cheese with a delicious flavor, perfect to be enjoyed as a standalone dish accompanied by vegetables, prosciutto, or salmon. Burrata is a dairy preparation made from raw cow's milk. Its shape resembles a small "sack" of soft, stretched curd pasta that encloses a heart of hand-shredded mozzarella (stracciatella) mixed with fresh cream.
Burrata pairs wonderfully with a dry white wine. Ingredients include high-quality raw cow's milk, cream, rennet, lactic ferments, and salt.
