CitrusBlu is a cow's milk cheese aged with candied fruit, Bronte pistachios, cinnamon leaf, cloves and cocoa beans. Aging with candied fruit (bergamot, orange, lemon), Bronte pistachios, cinnamon leaf, cloves and cocoa beans softens some of the pungent notes of the cheese, whose natural fat is softened by the acidity of the candied fruit. The texture is buttery and smooth.
CitrusBlu is ideal as an aperitif with dessert wines, spirits and fruit.
