Lucifero is produced in Lombardy from cow's milk and matured for about fifty days. The paste is white or straw-colored, buttery and melting, mottled due to the development of molds, with the presence of chili pepper with a typical red color. The taste of Lucifero is sweet and slightly spicy due to the presence of chili pepper.
