Salame with Porcini
A salami that combines the refined flavor of porcini mushrooms with the different noble cuts of pork needed to make this salami, including shoulder, pancetta and coppa.
It is made with medium-grain dough and enriched, in addition to porcini mushrooms, by a light spicing.
The aging period is about 2 months, and this product is suitable for consumption in appetizers with mixed boards but also on its own.
Being a very fragrant salami, it goes well with fruity white wines or with medium-structure reds.
