Capris Trelatti

Three-milk Capris Robiola is a delicious milk curd robiola that is made using three types of milk: cow, goat and sheep. What makes this robiola unique and particularly charming is the addition of sheep's milk, which gives the cheese a delicate, sweet taste.

After an aging period of about seven days, the product has a characteristic white, wrinkled coating. This appearance is even more evident in the smaller 200-gram format, compared to the classic 300-gram robiola. The presence of this coating gives the robiola a creamier, softer texture, making it irresistibly spreadable and inviting to the palate.

 

The smooth and velvety texture of Capris three-milk robiola melts pleasantly in the mouth, providing a unique taste experience. Its mild and sweet taste, enhanced by sheep's milk, makes it a versatile cheese suitable for multiple culinary uses.

This robiola is perfect to enjoy on its own, spread on freshly toasted crostini or fresh bread. It can be used as a main or complementary ingredient in many culinary preparations, such as canapés, salads, pasta dishes or risottos.
