Morla
Morla is a soft goat's cheese with a flowery rind. The production process is inspired by that of the similar Brie de Coulommiers, long acidified and produced at a low temperature. Morla is matured for at least 30 days.
The taste of Morla is velvety and slightly acidic, enriched with light citrus notes. The aroma remains fresh and slightly acidic, with a hint of mushroom that becomes truffle at the end of the aging process.
