Squared Feletto is a rectangular cheese. Its rind is straw-yellow and its paste is lighter, soft and elastic. It has a mild and delicate taste, enriched by a slight hint of milk, butter and cream, vegetable notes. The texture of the paste is firm, elastic and melting. 

Squared Feletto is a protagonist of the Venetian culinary tradition, where it is cut in 1-2 cm thick slices, grilled on the grill and combined with polenta, sopressa and mushrooms. It is also ideal in thin slices for burgers, sandwiches, wraps and cordon bleau.
