Caciottona di capra al timo (goat's cheese with thyme) is the perfect combination of southern Italian and northern Italian flavours: it combines milk from small producers in our Dolomites with the best and most fragrant Sicilian thyme. The rind is thin and covered with dried thyme, the paste is firm, free of holes and ivory in colour.
Goat's Cheese with Thyme is ideal to complete a vegetable pasta, curious and original in the filling of a burger: it goes very well with dried or semi-dried tomatoes.
