Goat Caciottona with thyme
This new cheese is the perfect combination of the flavors of southern and northern Italy: it combines milk from small producers in our Dolomites with the best and most fragrant Sicilian thyme.
The crust is thin and covered with dried thyme, the paste is compact, without holes and ivory in color.
Ideal to complete a pasta with vegetables, curious and original in the filling of a burger: it goes very well with dried or semi-dried tomatoes.
