Frozen Tomino
Tomino is an Italian Piedmontese cheese. It is produced throughout the region, in the province of Turin, in the province of Cuneo, and in the splendid setting of the Langhe, one of the most fertile areas for the Italian food and wine market.
Today Tomino Piemontese is usually produced with cow's milk, but it is possible to find on the market some varieties based on goat's or goat's milk, depending on the dairy.
When this cheese is fresh it has a pleasant, not too intense smell, reminiscent of milk, with small bitter sides. When ripe it has stronger characteristics, due to fermentation. Its flavor is sweet and delicate, but more savory and intense with aging.
The products of the "Frozen" line can be stored for several months, and can be used when needed.
