The World Cheese Awards have just concluded in Viseu, Portugal, marking one of the most prestigious events in the international cheese industry. Established in 1988, this annual competition celebrates the art and excellence of cheese production, attracting participants from over 40 countries. Cheeses are judged by a panel of experts evaluating appearance, texture, aroma, and taste to crown the world’s best.
Once again, the Gourm.it team shone brightly, bringing home an impressive 27 medals, a testament to the artisanal craftsmanship and quality of our associated producers.
