The first product selected to join the Antiche Razze collection is Parmigiano Reggiano, and it couldn't be otherwise. With its millennia-old history and the deep connections between the territory and the farmers involved in its production, Parmigiano Reggiano perfectly represents the breadth and richness of the Antiche Razze range.
