From February 11 to 14, 2025, the Gourm.it Consortium participated in BIOFACH, the most prestigious international trade fair dedicated to organic products, held at Messe Nürnberg.
This event was a crucial showcase for certified organic Italian PDO cheeses, representing the excellence of the agri-food sector and a commitment to sustainable production.
