Filotto Senga represents the perfect combination of tradition, respect for nature and passion for cooking. The 20 hectares of land are used with care and attention to cultivate fruit and vegetables that make up 80% of the raw materials used to create the delicious mustards and jams that characterise the company's products.
Production follows the natural rhythms of the seasons: in spring, the focus is on tending the vegetable gardens and orchards, planting the plants and sowing the vegetables. During the summer, fruits and vegetables are harvested at the right time, not too ripe, to be immediately processed in the kitchen. Autumn, on the other hand, is dedicated to harvesting late fruits such as pumpkins and radicchio, with the aim of guaranteeing the highest quality for consumers.
Finally, towards the end of winter, the farm prepares for the new season by pruning the fruit trees and preparing the ground for the upcoming sowing. The result of this attention to detail and the quality of raw materials is the delicacies that are offered to customers, without the addition of colouring agents and preservatives, to ensure a genuine and authentic product.
