From March 11 to 14, 2025, Consorzio Gourm.it will be present at the 50th edition of FOODEX Japan, at Tokyo Big Sight, Italy Pavilion, Booth No. 73.

 

Participation in this trade fair reaffirms the consortium’s commitment to a market that has shown a growing interest in Italian cheeses over the years and represents a strategic area for commercial development.

 

Japan has long been a key destination for the consortium. The high demand for products with protected designation of origin and the focus on quality make it a market worth investing in consistently. Presence at FOODEX Japan is part of a structured strategy aimed at strengthening collaborations with local operators and expanding distribution.

 

On display will be cheeses under the Collezione brand, which directly represent the consortium: Pecorino Romano PDO, Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, and Grana Padano PDO three iconic products of Italy’s cheesemaking tradition.

 

Alongside these, Arrigoni Formaggi’s selections will be showcased, including Gorgonzola PDO Piccante, Gorgonzola PDO Dolce, Taleggio PDO, Stracchino Castelreggio, Capriccio Fresco, and Quartirolo in oil, as well as creamy blue cheeses aged with pistachio, Prosecco, and truffle.

 

From Sicily, Centro Form will present Pecorino Cacio Ghiotto, Piacentinu Ennese, Pecorino Nero di Sicilia, Pecorino Siciliano PDO, and Vulcano, along with a selection of pecorino cheeses flavored with black pepper, chili, sun-dried tomatoes, truffle, saffron, pistachio, and arugula. Completing the offering are Baked Ricotta with herbs and Pecorino Bianco.
