Even after 100 years of operation, Latteria Sociale Croce continues to produce Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, naturally lactose-free, following strict quality standards. Among the most appreciated aging stages, the 24-month variety stands out for its perfect balance between sweetness and aromatic complexity, with the characteristic grainy texture that makes the King of Cheeses unmistakable.
