Latteria Sociale Croce, founded in 1925, is a cooperative dairy located in Pegognaga in the province of Mantua, dedicated to the production of Parmigiano Reggiano DOP. With 100 years of history, it is one of the oldest dairies in the region, born from the initiative of its members to valorise their milk independently, anticipating the birth of the Protection Consortium.

 

Renowned for the quality of its Parmigiano Reggiano, the dairy has won international recognition at the World Cheese Awards, standing out in particular for its 24-month maturation. Today, La Croce is a symbol of dairy excellence, continuing to hand down the tradition of Parmigiano Reggiano with dedication and quality.
