Pecorino with marjoram

Directly from the heart of Tuscany, a semi-aged pecorino cheese produced with sheep's milk and refined in its rind with marjoram. The aging traditionally takes place in the 'ziro', a terracotta container typical of the region, where the cheese is exposed to the natural aromas of this aromatic herb that thrives on the Tuscan hills. The result is a pecorino with a distinct freshness and a delicate aromatic profile.
