Tre Rose – Affinato alle rose selvatiche
Hard cheese made from sheep’s milk sourced from animals fed exclusively on forage from the area of origin. After shaping, it undergoes at least 40 days of maturation, after which it is coated with a selection of three types of roses – dog rose, cavallina rose, and wild rose – locally grown in the cheese production area without any treatments. The cheese is then refined for another 30 days, developing a delicate and floral aromatic profile.
