Erbatico – Affinato alle erbe di Serra Ferrara

Hard cheese made from sheep’s milk sourced from animals fed exclusively on forage from the area of origin. After shaping, it matures for at least 40 days, then is coated with aromatic herbs locally grown in the cheese production area, without any treatments. The cheese is then refined for an additional 30 days, developing a bold aromatic profile and firm texture.
