Moscato DOC
Moscato Doc Cheese is a "drunken" cheese infused with Moscato wine, sourced from one of the oldest vineyards in the Mediterranean's history. Its name originates from the Latin "muscum" (musk), inspired by its intense fragrance and sweet aroma. The grape pomace and wine, characterized by a bouquet of spring flowers, elegantly envelop the cheese, slowly infusing its paste to create a harmonious flavor. The taste experience differs from the olfactory one; here, you'll discover identifiable and dominant elements of dried fruits, especially almonds and pistachios.
