Candela delle Langhe is a goat's milk Robiola aged for around 2-3 months, enveloped in delicate layers of beeswax and adorned with dried flowers. Its extended shelf life (several months) makes it an excellent gift idea. Crafted from 100% goat's milk.

After gently removing the beeswax casing, it's recommended to let the product "breathe" in the refrigerator for about 24 hours or at room temperature for an hour, to fully appreciate its aromas.

Enjoy it with toasted bread and low-acid fruit preserves.
