Roch

The Roch is a new creation from Caseificio Rosso, a semi-hard cheese made from cow's milk. It is aged for 120 days, resulting in a dense brown-colored paste, while the rind is treated with caramel. 

 

Roch is used in traditional dishes from the Piedmont region, but it's also excellent for enjoying on its own due to its delicate and fragrant flavor.
