Bargè - Tomino
Bargé is the traditional Piedmont cheese with a flowered rind. It is made with pasteurized whole cow's milk and matured for only a few days. It has a soft and compact paste, straw-white in color, perfect for melting. The taste is mild and balanced, slightly acidic.
Bargé is recommended grilled, during barbecues with friends, or pan-fried delicious with bacon and ready in minutes.
