Deliblu

Deliblu, the spicy goat's cheese, is a raw blue cheese made exclusively from Italian mountain goat's milk. The production technique is very similar to that of natural or spicy gorgonzola, the consistency of the paste is firm, compact, dry, tending to crumbly with the presence of the typical blue veins. 

 

Deliblu has a characteristic cylindrical shape, weighing about 4 kg; the savoury taste and appetising aromas conferred by the shape combine harmoniously with the characteristic flavour of mountain goat's milk.
