Hot Red Peppers
Hot Red Peppers is a brightly colored mince with a strong, spicy flavor and a texture that is noticeable under the teeth, intended to enhance any dish to which it serves as a garnish. Delicious with cream cheese or on bread croutons as an appetizer or snack. Excellent in stuffed sandwiches and in meatballs to which it imparts a special spicy flavor. Hot Red Peppers is also used as a dry pasta topping or pizza topping.
Ingredients: Hot peppers, olive oil, artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, eggplant, grilled champignon mushrooms, capers, basil, salt, garlic. Acidity corrector: citric acid.
