Ol Sciur is a blue goat's milk cheese aged with berries and rose petals. Ol Sciur has a soft, firm texture on the outside that becomes creamy towards the center. The freshly opened wheel releases an intense aroma of sour cream, typical of the production process, along with the intense undergrowth scent of blue veins.

The taste is dominated by the pleasant combination of the sweet and spicy taste of the cheese and the sweet and sour taste of the berry mixture.
