Nduja from Calabria
Sausage from the Calabria region, one of the best-known typical products thanks to the use of the local chili pepper.
It presents a spicy taste, a soft texture, and above all a great ductility to use in cooking since it can be enjoyed spread on bread, as a condiment for first courses, or as a seasoning for different dishes.
Nduja is made from the fattest part of the pig and then smoked.
