Frozen Tomino
Tomino frozen cheese is an Italian cheese. It is produced throughout Piedmont, in the province of Turin, in the province of Cuneo and in the beautiful surroundings of the Langhe.
When fresh, Tomino has a pleasant smell, not too intense, reminiscent of milk, with small bitter notes. When it is mature, Tomino has stronger characteristics due to fermentation. Its flavour is mild and delicate, but becomes more savoury and intense as it matures.
Frozen products can be kept for several months and used as required, maintaining all the authenticity and intensity of the fresh product.
