Frozen smoked Scamorzina
Frozen Smoked Scamorzina is a pasta filata cheese made from cow's milk, frozen freshly produced. The smoking process is a natural one, using chemically untreated beech wood smoke. The smoking process gives the Scamorzina an intense and pleasant flavour that does not hide the natural sweetness of the cow's milk.
The 'Frozen' line products can be stored for several months and used when required, maintaining all the authenticity and intensity of the fresh product.
