PDO Prosciutto di Parma

Prosciutto di Parma DOP is a ham obtained from pigs weighing over 200 kg. It is an exceptional ham, weighing 11/14 kg, which reaches the peak of quality at 24 months.

 

Prosciutto di Parma PDO is produced without nitrates, sugar, flour or any other additives or stabilizers. The only ingredients are pork, salt and the expert hand of the masalèn ("norcino" in the Emilian dialect).
