Pecoretta

Pecoretta is the 100% Pecorino cheese from Caseificio Rosso. It is made with pasteurised Italian sheep's milk, it's semi-soft and pressed. Pleasantly melt-in-the-mouth, it has a soft, delicate and fragrant flavour. 

 

The cheeses are matured for 60 days in an underground environment on white fir ladders.
