Castella
Castella is the Castelrosso cream fondue, a cheese with a fine, refined and complex flavour, made from local whole pasteurised cow's milk. It melts perfectly thanks to its sour, compact and chalky paste.
Castella cream is white, compact and melts quickly when heated. Its texture is slightly grainy, with all the flavour of the Castelrosso cheese from which it is made. Ready to heat up, in the microwave with breadsticks or in a bain-marie for creative recipes with gnocchetti, tortelli and other delicacies.
