Rosina

Rosina is a soft cheese made from pasteurised whole cow's milk, with a soft texture and evenly distributed fine eyes. It is white in colour with straw tones.
The cheeses are matured in a cool and humid environment, on white fir shelves, for a period of 30/60 days.

 

The flavour of Rosina is sweet, pleasant and delicate.
