Mach Bon
Mach Bon is made with pasteurised cow's milk from the Pezzata Rossa d'Oropa breed of cattle, native to the valleys of Biella and fed on grass and hay according to traditional methods. Mach Bon is a soft cheese that is matured in cellars on fir-wood ladders for a period that can vary from 30 to 90 days.
Mach Bon flavour is pleasant and delicate, slightly tangy.
