Organic Roast-beef
It is a fine cut of beef which, after being manually sprinkled with sea salt, is massaged for a few days. Tied with craftsmanship, it is covered with fragrant Mediterranean spices and then baked at high temperatures. After the initial roasting it reaches that ideal temperature that characterizes its final appearance. The Organic Roast Beef by Fattorie San Lorenzo is in fact prepared in the Italian way or slightly rare. The color of the meat looks very dark on the outside, due to the prolonged cooking, but the color inside is pink and its texture is not dry. 90 day shelf life.
